Some good news. Intersection improvements at Harmony Rd & Britannia are planned for early August and will include new right turn lanes on Harmony Rd N onto Britannia Ave in both directions. Drawing for this work is below.
Harmony Rd N. is a Regional road, not a City of Oshawa road. It too, like Conlin Rd. E. has some serious infrastructure deficits that need action both from Region Council and Oshawa: widening from Conlin Rd. E. to Hwy 407E,traffic lights at Britannia Rd. E., lighting. and sidewalks (on the west side) and a multi use path (on the east side) to Nancy Diamond Ave.
