At last evening's Planning Act Public meeting, here are the slides for the 1st high rise, proposed at 88 King St. W. = a 22 storey, 285 unit (consisting of bachelor, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units, with roof top garden and some retail on the main floor). The unique exterior design is yet to be finalized but they said they hope to include greenery for the corner window boxes and balconies, Entrance to parking will be from McMillan Dr. and inside there will be a mechanical parking on 3 above-ground levels with automated vehicle stacking for 205 parking spaces.
