The design concept rendering Atria has released shows external architectural features blended for a planned mixed-use, mid-rise building, preserving some of the original downtown landmark façade.
Atria built the 12 storey residential building at 100 Bond Street E. and is currently completing the 20 storey, 370 unit residential building at 80 Bond (corner of Bond & Mary). It also converted the 14 storey office building into Parkwood’s Residences at 44 Bond St. W. in 2006.
Building on Atria's successes on Bond St., this venture on Simcoe St. holds impressive promise!
