If you notice the City of Oshawa flags lowered starting tomorrow for the next 9 days it is to honour the memory of the 215 children found in a mass grave at the residential school in Kamloops, B.C. Oshawa's Mayor posted this on his social media account this afternoon with these words: "They will be lowered for 215 hours. Our hearts break for each and every child and family."
