Columbus Rd. East, between Ritson and Harmony Road has been closed from the beginning of August. It should be open for traffic by October 4., 2019. The existing culvert in the creek is being replaced with a new precast box culvert. The detour path is south, down to Winchester and along on Winchester and north again back to Columbus Rd. E. It is a $461K project funded by the Federal Gas Tax Infrastructure fund.
