Don't Poison Our Water, No Large Fill Site on Wilson Rd. N Oshawa. New Report

You may have seen the DON'T POISON OUR WATER, NO LARGE FILL SITE ON WILSON RD. signs on properties in the rural area of North Oshawa. Well a Oct 29, 2020 Peer Review of the fill site application for 3440 Wilson Rd. N. is now on-line.
NOTE THE COMMENTS: "Final approval of the Site Alteration Permit will ultimately be at the City’s discretion." (let's hope a majority of City Council understand the environmental issues and make the right decision).
"1. The Storm Water Management (SWM) Brief requires additional hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and does not appear to be consistent with the Oshawa Creek Watershed.
2. The provided Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) Plan does not satisfy the requirements prescribed in the “Erosion and Sediment Control Guidelines for Urban Construction”, prepared by TRCA et al, dated 2019 (ESC Guidelines).
.3. Greck cannot support the SWM Brief at this time until the comments below are addressed."

This matter has been before Oshawa Council for over a year now. Here is a link to a short newspaper article giving some backstory:
