Oshawa Downtown Streetscape Proposed Changes. Kindly give your feedback on the Phase 2 study (focus is on widening the sidewalk on the north side of King St. E. between Simcoe St. and Ontario St. to allow more space for pedestrians, landscaping and outdoor patios/cafes. Note: Phase 1 was approved in 2018 and is to be completed (King St. E north sidewalk widening between Ontario St and Mary St.) Impact: all 12 parking spaces on the north side of King Street E. will be removed year round.
