Chatime Grand Opening @ Simcoe/Winchester was yesterday. Hills Pub & Grill @ Taunton/Ritson Event was Thursday, the day before they were beginning a renovation —2 of several recent business celebrations! I always feel privileged to attend these ribbon cutting ceremonies. Although these 2 technically are located a stone's throw outside Ward 1 boundaries I appreciate attending these events when I can and learn something each time!
It is such an uplifting moment. meeting the owners and staff and feeling their pride and enthusiasm for Oshawa! The City is fortunate to have such a growing number of enterprising individuals expanding employment opportunities and services to all Oshawans!
