Practically all the new traffic calming measures to be considered by the public imo are going to be welcome, with perhaps only one being contentious: I am interested in learning what Oshawa residents response to lowering the neighbourhood streets speed limit from 50KM to 40KM. I say this because at constituent's doorsteps I have heard both positive and negative opinions
