The City will commemorate Remembrance Day differently this year but know the sacrifices made will not be forgotten even during COVID.

Note that the City of Oshawa marked Poppy Week, A Time for Remembrance - Oct 30th to Nov 5th, raising the Poppy Flag Lest We Forget Friday Oct 30th morning.
