This GREYCREST site is 4 ha in total located between the north/south hydro easement east of Ritson Rd. and the (to be built) STAFFORD 115 townhomes + 4 single detached at 739 Conlin Rd. E. on the s/w corner of Conlin Rd. & Wilson Rd. N.
