Darlene Matyczak says 'it would be absolutely heartwarming to see a lot of people show up on the bridge with us said Matyczak. I know it isn’t always possible – people work, people have family obligations – but on this Saturday afternoon, if we had a large turnout, it would show to us that Canada – the government of Canada, the officials of our city and our friends and neighbours here in Oshawa and in the Durham Region – they stand with Ukraine.
