The 8 plans include 5 along Conlin Rd in Ward 1, and 2 more downtown Oshawa, and 1 on Simcoe St. N. of Taunton Rd....curious timing...City staff must have worked under tremendous pressure to meet this timeline...Question: are not only Council members who will be voting to approve the plans, but also residents, seriously aware of the impact these plans will have on Oshawa's already challenged roads, finances and social well-being...Has the City learned any lessons from the rapid growth in the past 5 years?
